Each post is turned from a single, solid piece of lumber and the entire bed is fastened by hefty bed bolts. Each bolt head is hidden behind custom bronze bolt covers. Designed to be used with a standard box spring foundation. Note: the King Size bed includes central rail with supports to hold a split box/spring/foundation which is not pictured)
